A relaxing holiday pairing one of America’s most historic and pretty cities with Cape Cod home to glorious beaches, mouth-watering seafood and more lighthouses than you have seen in a while. All this plus world-class museums, some of the best whale-watching on the planet and glorious scenery. Definitely a holiday to remember. If you are thinking about celebrating an anniversary perhaps taking the whole family, this would be a tremendous choice as there is something to do for all generations. A non-stop flight will take you from London to Boston. On arrival you will be met and transferred to your chosen Boston hotel where you will stay for four nights. Included in the cost of your holiday is a Go City All-Inclusive Pass which gives you access to a digital guide and over 45 attractions including a Hop-On Hop-Off trolley ticket, Boston Bike Rental, the Museum of Fine Arts, Science and the Paul Revere House to name a few. We can also organise a Seafood Tasting small Group Tour, a Boston Movie Mile Walking Tour or a Tea Party Ships and Museum Tour taking you back to the night of the Boston Tea Party! Aside from the organised tours, Boston is a great walking city, follow the Freedom Trail, a 2.5-mile trail passing 17 significant historical spots or a Boston must do – a ride on the Swan Boats.

Today, you will collect your car for the 2-hour drive to Cape Cod to discover it for yourself. (if you don’t want to drive, there is a fast ferry from Boston to Provincetown at the northern tip of Cape Cod). - Keep the car and make your way to New York via Rhode Island or circle back to Boston exploring Rhode Island and Connecticut on your way.
Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket are affluent islands off the coast of Massachusetts that offer a mix of natural beauty, historical charm, and upscale dining and shopping. They’re both popular summer destinations which have attracted both stars and politicians to their shores, but they also have distinct personalities that appeal to different types of travellers.
If you’re looking for a relaxed and bohemian getaway with plenty of natural beauty, Martha’s Vineyard is the better choice. If you’re looking for a more refined and sophisticated experience with a focus on shopping and high-end dining, Nantucket is probably for you.
Getting to either island is easy, you can leave your car in Hyannis and take the passenger high-speed ferry or you can put your car on the boat from Hyannis to Nantucket or Woods Hole to Martha’s Vineyard.
