Spanning nearly 100 years, the 4* King and Prince Club has a varied history, starting life as a seaside dance club in 1935. During World War II, the hotel served as a naval coast-watching and training facility, reopening in 1947 as a popular island resort with gracious Mediterranean-style architecture. Renovated several times, the King and Prince is a member of the prestigious Historic Hotels of America.

Echo, the only ocean-front restaurant on St. Simons, offering classical seaside cuisine as well as some interesting cocktail is at the King and Prince as well as the more casual Sea Shack. . You have to try their version of a Bloody Mary!

Each room features one king bed or two queen beds, a 27” flat screen TV with CD/DVD player, a loveseat or relaxing chair, a desk, a luxurious bathroom, a miniature refrigerator, complimentary wi-fi access: some have a balcony.
There are some one bedroom suites as well as 2- and 3-bedroom oceanfront villas.
