There are nine cabins throughout the guest ranch, including charming one-bedroom cabins for couples and spacious two-bedroom cabins for families. Some cabins are standalone, while others connect with neighboring cabins to provide more space for you and your loved ones. Tackle the scenic Ditch Trail, which winds its way up the west ridge line, offering stunning views and a glimpse of the historic Rawah Diversion Ditch. For panoramic vistas, the Skyline Trail awaits, showcasing breathtaking panoramas of the ranch, sprawling valleys, and the awe-inspiring Rawah Peaks. Please note that some trails, like Skyline, are walk-only due to challenging terrain.
The experienced wranglers will match you with a suitable horse based on your skill level and ensure you feel comfortable and confident in the saddle. Children ages 6 and under can enjoy introductory riding sessions in our arena under the watchful eyes of our wranglers.
For experienced riders seeking a full day of exploration, Rawah Ranch offers a selection of off-property adventures. Travel back in time with a guided ride to a historic ghost town, where you can dismount and explore remnants of a bygone era. For breathtaking vistas, embark on the Sand Creek ride, offering unparalleled views of the Rawah Mountain Range. The adventurous Ditch (West Branch) ride takes you on a journey through valleys and along historic ditch roads, while the Middle Mountain Trail offers a scenic exploration through wooded landscapes.
While you may head to Rawah Ranch for the riding, they also offer many other activities to keep you entertained. Why not try out Fly Fishing on their private part of Big Laramie River, teeming with rainbow, brown, and brook trout. Anglers from beginners to experienced will love the fishing.
There are plenty of hiking trails for all skill levels, from a gentle stroll through the Valley Trail to a challenging trek with breathtaking views on the Skyline Trail.

This is a great introduction for younger children who might want to try fly fishing later in their stay, Nature Walks and Guided Hikes: Explore the wonders of the Rawah Wilderness on a short hike led by the knowledgeable staff.
